乌度卡表示，以他的经验，球员们在赛场外建立的情谊，往往会转化为球场上的默契。
“要取得成功，在场外，你们并不是非得成为挚友，我见过两种情况都能成功的。不过，关系紧密、常聚在一起的团队，在球场上往往也有那种默契。我们的年轻球员住得都很近，经常一起出去玩，共度时光。”乌度卡说道。
“就像我之前说的，我们补充了一些老将，他们也对年轻人予以关照。所以，这是一群很棒的老将，既让年轻人成长，又会在一旁教导，传授经验。所以我觉得，总体而言，我们球队关系很融洽。”乌度卡继续说道。
